Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide, except Switzerland.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our international fulfillment partners to ensure reliable delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
Once an order has been processed, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
However, you may return your order after delivery in accordance with our return policy.
What payment methods do you accept?

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
